Taegeuk 3 is the orange belt poomse of the WT curriculum.

New Stance - back stance

New Technique - knife-hand strike, double-punch, single-knife-hand block

New Combo - front-kick double-punch, front-kick down-block punch

Steps
Junbi

Left hand back. Turn left (90°) walking stance down-block.

Front kick, step into forward stance, double punch.

Right hand back. Turn right (180°) walking stance down-block.

Front kick, step into forward stance, double punch.

Left knife-hand behind your head. Turn left (90°) walking stance knife-hand neck strike.

Right knife-hand behind your head. Step forward walking stance knife-hand neck strike.

Left knife-hand back. Turn left (90°) back stance single knife-hand body block.

Switch to forward stance, punch.

Right knife-hand back. Turn right (180°) back stance single knife-hand body block.

Switch to forward stance, punch.

Left hand behind your head. Turn left (90°) walking stance outside-in body block.

Right hand behind your head. Step forward walking stance outside-in body block.

Left hand back. Turn left (270°) walking stance down-block.

Front kick, step into forward stance, double punch.

Right hand back. Turn right (180°) walking stance down-block.

Front kick, step into forward stance, double punch.

Left hand back. Turn left (90°) walking stance down-block, punch.

Right hand back. Step forward down-block, punch.

At first this poomse looks pretty difficult, especially with the new stance and the mix of knife-hand and fist. Best thing to do is break it up into parts. This is where that odd looking symbol helps out.

As you keep practicing, you may start to notice this poomse is similar Taegeuk 2, with just an extra step for the last sides facing.
